New Home I planned and designed this home with the owner. It is a 3,200 square foot, solar-assisted, 3-level home. My role was to conceptualize the design, research the specialty work (solar), and draw the permit-ready plans. We even surveyed and plotted the site. New oversized garage with upstairs apartment:
